Common use of Invoicing; Rates Clause in Contracts

Invoicing; Rates. If any of the Services are purchased for a Fee, the terms in this Section 4 apply to those Services. On or after the Billing Start Date, Google will invoice Customer the following Fees for each applicable Service: in advance for the Monthly Charge, Annual Charge or Initial Term Charge (as applicable), all of which will be set forth in the Order Form.
