  • Partial Disposal During Term of Service Agreement Throughout the Term of the Service Agreement, LEA may request partial disposal of Student Data obtained under the Service Agreement that is no longer needed.   • OPERATING DURING CLOSURE PERIOD If permission is granted to operate during a closure period listed in Clause 1-25 ACTIVITY TIMING RESTRICTION, Purchaser shall provide a maintenance plan to include further protection of state resources. If other operators are using, or desire to use these designated maintainer roads, a joint operating plan must be developed. All parties shall follow this plan.

  • Employee leaving during notice period An employee given notice of termination in circumstances of redundancy may terminate their employment during the period of notice. The employee is entitled to receive the benefits and payments they would have received under this clause had they remained in employment until the expiry of the notice, but is not entitled to any payment in lieu of any remaining notice.

  • Pay During Temporary Transfers When an employee temporarily relieves in or performs the principal duties of a higher paying position she shall receive the rate for the job. When an employee is temporarily assigned to a lower paying position than her own, her rate shall not be reduced.

  • Work During Vacation Period No employee shall be required to work during the employee's vacation once the vacation request has been approved.
