Common use of Involuntary Bankruptcy Clause in Contracts

Involuntary Bankruptcy. If, within sixty (60) days after the filing of a bankruptcy petition or the commencement of any proceeding against the Borrower or the Guarantor seeking any reorganization, arrangement, composition, readjustment, liquidation, dissolution or similar relief under any present or future statue, law or regulation, the proceeding shall not have been dismissed, or, if within sixty (60) days, after the appointment, without the consent or acquiescence of the Borrower or the Guarantor, of any trustee, receiver or liquidator of any Borrower or all or any substantial part of the properties of the Borrower o the Guarantor, the appointment shall not have been vacated.
