Irrecoverable Faults. The Merchant Transmission Facility shall not be required to recover from the following: Permanent faults within the protection zones of the converter station including faults on the 230kV and 345kV cable systems between the converter station and the PSE&G Substation and between the Xxxx 00xx Xxxxxx 345kV Substation, respectively; Any event for which the short-circuit capacity at Xxxx 00xx Xxxxxx 345kV Substation is reduced below the minimum post-contingency value.
