Common use of ISO Approved Meter Clause in Contracts

ISO Approved Meter. Seller shall: (i) Install and pay for any meter and related communications equipment required by the ISO Tariff, the Transmission Provider (in accordance with its tariff) and Seller’s Scheduling Coordinator; and (ii) Install, within a reasonable time period after Notice from SCE, any meter and related communications equipment reasonably required by SCE outside the scope of its role as Transmission Provider (which equipment and installation will be at SCE’s cost). Such equipment shall include, but not be limited to, an ISO approved revenue quality meter or meters, ISO approved data processing gateway, telemetering equipment and data acquisition services sufficient for monitoring Operation and recording and reporting all electric energy produced by the Generating Facility less Station Use (collectively, the “ISO Approved Meter”).
