Common use of Issuance of Invoices Clause in Contracts

Issuance of Invoices. On the last day of each month, SELLER shall issue an invoice (“NFF”) for each Batch of Product supplied and submit such NFF to BUYER within no more than 3 (three) Working Days from the issue date, with due regard to the provisions of this Clause and Applicable Law. 6.1.1. The NFFs shall be issued to BUYER based on the weighing certificates provided in the manner set forth in Attachment III hereto in relation to each Batch of Product supplied. Each NFF is to reflect (a) the value of the Batch of Product supplied, in view of the Unit Price and the quantity of the Batch, (b) the portion of the Advance Payment attributable to the Batch of Product supplied, calculated in the manner provided by Clause 5.2 above and for the purposes set forth in such Clause, and (c) the balance to pay.
