Common use of Issuance of NTP Clause in Contracts

Issuance of NTP. 1 28 ADOT anticipates issuing NTP 1 concurrently with execution and delivery of this 29 Agreement. Issuance of NTP 1 authorizes Developer to do only the following: 30 (a) Mobilize, including establishing the collocated office; 31 (b) Prepare or continue preparing any or all component parts, plans and 32 documentation of the Project Management Plan relevant to the D&C Work, including: 33 (i) a Quality Management Plan (e.g., for general requirements, Professional Services 34 and Construction Work components); and (ii) a Public Involvement Plan; 35 (c) Prepare the ROW Activity Plan, Environmental Management Plan, Safety 36 Management Plan and Transportation Management Plan; 1 (d) Prepare the detailed, resource and cost loaded Project Baseline 2 Schedule;
