Issue of Card / Record of Transactions. 1. The Bank may reject the Customer’s application for issuance of the card under the name of Customer. The Bank may also withhold all documents attached to the application and not to return the same to Customer. In case the Bank rejects issuance of a new credit card, monthly debit card, alternative or supplementary card of a new or former applicant, the Bank shall state reasons for rejection through a registered method of communication within one week from the date of rejection.
