Issuer May Not Sell. The Issuer covenants that except pursuant to Article XX hereof after an Event of Default has occurred and is continuing, without the Company’s prior written consent, unless required by law, it will not sell or otherwise part with or encumber its leasehold interest in the Project at any time during the Term of this Lease.
Issuer May Not Sell. Issuer covenants that, unless Tenant is in default under this Lease it will not, without Tenant's written consent, unless required by law, sell or otherwise part with or encumber its fee or other ownership interest in the Project at any time during the life of this Lease.
