Issuer Shall Not Unreasonably Withhold Consents and Approvals. Wherever in this Lease it is provided that the Issuer shall, may or must give its approval or consent, or execute supplemental agreements, exhibits or schedules, the Issuer shall not unreasonably withhold, delay or refuse to give such approvals or consents or refuse to execute such supplemental agreements, exhibits or schedules.
