Common use of Issuing and Paying Agent Clause in Contracts

Issuing and Paying Agent. The Issuers shall provide to the Issuing and Paying Agent in a sufficient quantity, in the case of Clauses 13.1.2(ii), 13.1.3 and 13.1.4, for distribution among the relevant Agents as required by this Agreement or the Conditions: 13.1.1 executed master Global Notes to be used from time to time for the purpose of issuing Notes in accordance with Clause 3; 13.1.2 if Definitive Notes in bearer form of any Series are to be issued, (i) such Definitive Notes and any related Coupons and Talons, duly executed on behalf of the Relevant Issuer, (ii) specimens of such Notes, Coupons and Talons and
