Issuing Bank and Swingline Lender. The provisions of this Article IX (other than Section 9.2) shall apply to Xxxxx Fargo as the Fronting Bank, LC Agent and the Swingline Lender mutatis mutandis to the same extent as such provisions apply to the Administrative Agent.
