Issuing Banks. For purposes of this Section, the term “Lender” includes each Issuing Bank and the term “Applicable Law” includes FATCA.

Issuing Banks. Each Issuing Bank shall act on behalf of the Lenders with respect to any Letters of Credit issued by it and the documents associated therewith, and each Issuing Bank shall have all of the benefits and immunities provided in this Article VII (other than Section 7.02) to the same extent as such provisions apply to the Agent.
Issuing Banks. For purpose of this Section 2.20, the term “Lender” includes any Issuing Bank.

At the time any such termination shall become effective, the Borrower shall pay all unpaid fees accrued for the account of the terminated Issuing Bank pursuant to Section 2.12(b). From and after the effective date of any such addition of an Issuing Bank, the additional Issuing Bank shall have all the rights and obligations of an Issuing Bank under this Agreement with respect to Letters of Credit issued by it. After the termination of an Issuing Bank hereunder, the terminated Issuing Bank shall remain a party hereto and shall continue to have all the rights and obligations of an Issuing Bank under this Agreement with respect to Letters of Credit issued by it prior to such termination, but shall not be required to issue additional Letters of Credit.
Issuing Banks. Until such time as any financial institution that is an Issuing Bank on the date hereof shall become a Revolving Credit Lender hereunder, such Issuing Bank shall have no obligations under the Loan Documents other than with respect to Existing Letters of Credit issued by such Issuing Bank.
