Issuing Bank Fees and Charges. Each Borrower agrees to pay to each Issuing Bank, solely for its own account, (i) a fronting fee in the amount and at the time specified in the applicable Fee Letter (or in the case of any Issuing Bank set forth in clause (f) of the definition thereof, in an amount to be agreed upon between such Issuing Bank and such Borrower) and (ii) the standard charges assessed by such Issuing Bank in connection with the Issuance, administration, amendment and payment or cancellation of such Letter of Credit.

  • Issuing Lender Fees In addition to the Letter of Credit Fees payable pursuant to subsection (b) hereof, the Borrower shall pay to the Issuing Lender for its own account without sharing by the other Lenders the reasonable and customary charges from time to time of the Issuing Lender with respect to the amendment, transfer, administration, cancellation and conversion of, and drawings under, such Letters of Credit (collectively, the "Issuing Lender Fees").

  • Lender Fees The Borrower shall be solely responsible for any and all fees or commissions owed to any broker, finder, or agent with respect to the sale of the underlying Bonds as the fees payable to the Lender for the Loan. Accrued LC Participation Fees and Fronting Fees shall be payable in arrears (i) on the last Business Day of March, June, September and December of each year, commencing on the first such date to occur after the Closing Date, and (ii) on the date on which the Revolving Commitments terminate. Any such fees accruing after the date on which the Revolving Commitments terminate shall be payable on demand. Any other fees payable to the Issuing Bank pursuant to this paragraph shall be payable within 10 days after demand therefor. All LC Participation Fees and Fronting Fees shall be computed on the basis of a year of 360 days and shall be payable for the actual number of days elapsed (including the first day but excluding the last day).
