Common use of Issuing Lender Fees Clause in Contracts

Issuing Lender Fees. In addition to the Letter of Credit Fees payable pursuant to subsection (b) hereof, the Borrower shall pay to the Issuing Lender for its own account without sharing by the other Lenders the reasonable and customary charges from time to time of the Issuing Lender with respect to the amendment, transfer, administration, cancellation and conversion of, and drawings under, such Letters of Credit (collectively, the "Issuing Lender Fees").

Issuing Lender Fees. In addition to the Letter of Credit Fees payable pursuant to subsection (b) hereof, the Borrower shall pay to the Issuing Lender for its own account without sharing by the other Lenders the reasonable and customary charges from time to time of the Issuing Lender with respect to the amendment, transfer, administration, cancellation and conversion of, and drawings under, such Letters of Credit (collectively, the "“Issuing Lender Fees"”).

Issuing Lender Fees. In addition to the Letter of Credit Fees and Fronting Fee payable pursuant to subsection (b) hereofabove, the Borrower shall pay to the Issuing Lender for its own account without sharing by the other Lenders the reasonable and customary charges from time to time of the Issuing Lender with respect to the amendment, transfer, administration, cancellation and conversion of, and drawings under, such Letters of Credit (collectively, the "“Issuing Lender Fees"”).

Issuing Lender Fees. In addition to the Standby Letter of Credit Fees and Trade Letter of Credit Fees payable pursuant to subsection (b) hereofabove, the Borrower shall pay to the applicable Issuing Lender for its own account without sharing by the other Lenders the reasonable and customary charges from time to time of the applicable Issuing Lender with respect to the amendment, transfer, administration, cancellation and conversion of, and drawings under, such Letters of Credit (collectively, the "“Issuing Lender Fees"”).

Issuing Lender Fees. In addition to the Letter of Credit Fees payable pursuant to subsection (b) hereof, the Borrower shall pay to the Issuing Lender for its own account without sharing by the other Lenders the reasonable and customary charges from time to time of the Issuing Lender with respect to the amendment, transfer, administration, cancellation and conversion of, and drawings under, such Letters of Credit (collectively, the "Issuing Lender FeesISSUING LENDER FEES").

Issuing Lender Fees. In addition to the Letter of Credit Fees and Fronting Fees payable pursuant to subsection (b) hereof, the Applicable Borrower shall pay to the each Issuing Lender Lender, for its own account without sharing by the other Lenders Lenders, the reasonable and customary charges from time to time of the such Issuing Lender with respect to the amendment, transfer, administration, cancellation and conversion of, and drawings under, such the Letters of Credit issued by such Issuing Lender for the account of such Borrower (collectively, the "“Issuing Lender Fees"”).

In addition to the Letter of Credit Fees payable pursuant to subsection (b) hereof, the Borrower shall pay to the Issuing Lender for its own account without sharing by the other Lenders the reasonable and customary charges from time to time of the Issuing Lender with respect to the amendment, transfer, administration, cancellation and conversion of, and drawings under, such Letters of Credit (collectively, the "“Issuing Lender Fees"”); provided such fees shall not be duplicative of any fees charged under any LOC Document.

Issuing Lender Fees. In addition to the Letter of Credit Fees payable pursuant to subsection (b) hereof, the Borrower Borrowers jointly and severally shall pay to the Issuing Lender Lender, for its own account without sharing by the other Lenders Lenders, the reasonable and customary charges from time to time of the Issuing Lender with respect to the amendment, transfer, administration, cancellation and conversion of, and drawings under, such Letters of Credit (collectively, the "“Issuing Lender Fees"”).

In addition to the Letter of Credit Fees Fee payable pursuant to subsection clause (bi) hereofabove, the Borrower shall promises to pay to the Issuing Lender for its own account Lender, without sharing by the other Lenders Lenders, the reasonable and customary charges from time to time of the Issuing Lender with respect to the issuance, amendment, transfer, administration, cancellation and conversion of, and drawings under, such Letters each Letter of Credit (collectively, the "Issuing Lender Fees")Credit.

Issuing Lender Fees. In addition to the Letter of Credit Fees payable pursuant to subsection (b) hereof, the Borrower Company shall pay to the applicable Issuing Lender for its own account without sharing by the other Lenders the reasonable and customary charges from time to time of the Issuing Lender Lenders with respect to the amendment, transfer, administration, cancellation and conversion of, and drawings under, such Letters of Credit (collectively, the "“Issuing Lender Fees"”).

In addition to the Letter of Credit Fees payable pursuant to subsection (b) hereof, the Borrower shall pay to the Issuing Lender for its own account without sharing by the other Lenders the reasonable and customary charges from time to time of the Issuing Lender with respect to the amendment, transfer, administration, cancellation and conversion of, and drawings under, such Letters of Credit (collectively, the "“ Issuing Lender Fees"Fees ”).

Issuing Lender Fees. In addition to the Letter of Credit Fees payable pursuant to subsection (bi) hereofabove, the Borrower shall pay to the Issuing Lender for its own account account, without sharing by the other Lenders Lenders, the reasonable and customary incidental and/or out of pocket charges from time to time of to the Issuing Lender for its services in connection with respect to the issuance, amendment, payment, transfer, administration, cancellation and conversion of, and drawings under, such Letters of Credit (collectively, the "Issuing Lender Fees").

Issuing Lender Fees. In addition to the Standby Letter of Credit Fees and Trade Letter of Credit Fees payable pursuant to subsection (b) hereofabove, the Borrower shall pay to the applicable Issuing Lender for its own account without sharing by the other Revolving Lenders the reasonable and customary charges from time to time of the applicable Issuing Lender with respect to the amendment, transfer, administration, cancellation and conversion of, and drawings under, such Letters of Credit (collectively, the "“Issuing Lender Fees"”).

Issuing Lender Fees. In addition to the Letter of Credit Fees payable pursuant to subsection clause (b) hereof, the Borrower shall pay to the Issuing Lender for its own account without sharing by the other Lenders the reasonable and customary charges from time to time of the Issuing Lender with respect to the amendment, transfer, administration, cancellation and conversion of, and drawings under, such Letters of Credit (collectively, the "Issuing Lender Fees").

Issuing Lender Fees. In addition to the Letter of Credit Fees payable pursuant to subsection (b) hereof, the Borrower Borrowers jointly and severally shall pay to the Issuing Lender for its own account without sharing by the other Lenders the reasonable and customary charges from time to time of the Issuing Lender with respect to the amendment, transfer, administration, cancellation and conversion of, and drawings under, such Letters of Credit (collectively, the "Issuing Lender Fees").

In addition to the Standby Letter of Credit Fees Fee and the Trade Letter of Credit Fee payable pursuant to subsection subsections (bi) hereofand (ii) above, the Borrower shall pay to the Issuing Lender for its own account account, without sharing by the other Lenders Lenders, the reasonable and customary charges from time to time of the Issuing Lender with respect to the amendment, transfer, administration, cancellation and conversion of, and drawings under, such Letters of Credit (collectively, the "Issuing Lender Fees").the

Issuing Lender Fees. In addition to the Letter of ------------------- Credit Fees payable pursuant to subsection (b) hereof, the Borrower shall pay to the Issuing Lender for its own account without sharing by the other Lenders the reasonable and customary charges from time to time of the Issuing Lender with respect to the amendment, transfer, administration, cancellation and conversion of, and drawings under, such Letters of Credit (collectively, the "Issuing ------- Lender Fees").. -----------

In addition to the Letter of Credit Fees payable pursuant to subsection (b) hereofFee, the Borrower shall pay to the Issuing Lender for its own account account, without sharing by the other Lenders Lenders, (A) such fronting and negotiation fees as may be mutually agreed upon by the reasonable Issuing Lender and the Borrower from time to time and (B) the customary charges from time to time of to the Issuing Lender for its services in connection with respect to the issuance, amendment, payment, transfer, administration, cancellation and conversion of, and drawings under, such Letters of Credit (collectively, the "Issuing Lender Fees").

Issuing Lender Fees. In addition to the Letter of Credit Fees payable pursuant to subsection (bi) hereofabove, the Borrower shall pay to the Issuing Lender for its own account account, without sharing by the other Lenders Lenders, (A) the reasonable and customary customary, incidental and/or out of pocket charges from time to time of to the Issuing Lender for its services in connection with respect to the issuance, amendment, payment, transfer, administration, cancellation and conversion of, and drawings under, such Letters of Credit (collectively, the "Issuing Lender Fees").,

In addition to the Letter of Credit Fees payable pursuant to subsection (b) hereofabove, the Borrower Borrowers shall pay to the Issuing Lender for its own account without sharing by the other Lenders the reasonable and customary charges from time to time of the Issuing Lender with respect to the amendment, transfer, administration, cancellation and conversion of, and drawings under, such Letters of Credit (collectively, the "Issuing Lender Fees").

Issuing Lender Fees. In addition to the Letter of Credit Fees payable pursuant to subsection (b) hereof, the Borrower shall pay to the Issuing Lender Lender, for its own account without sharing by the other Lenders the reasonable and customary charges from time to time of the Issuing Lender with respect to the amendment, transfer, administration, cancellation and conversion of, and drawings under, such Letters of Credit (collectively, the "“Issuing Lender Fees"”).

Issuing Lender Fees. In addition to the Letter of Credit Fees payable pursuant to subsection (bi) hereofabove, the Borrower shall pay to the Issuing Lender for its own account account, without sharing by the other Lenders Lenders, the reasonable issuance fee as agreed to in the Fee Letter and the customary incidental and/or out of pocket charges from time to time of to the Issuing Lender for its services in connection with respect to the issuance, amendment, payment, transfer, administration, cancellation and conversion of, and drawings under, such the Letters of Credit (collectively, the "“Issuing Lender Fees"”).

Issuing Lender Fees. In addition to the Letter of Credit Fees payable pursuant to subsection (b) hereof, the Borrower shall pay to the Issuing Lender for its own account without sharing by the other Lenders the reasonable and customary charges from time to time of the Issuing Lender with respect to the amendment, transfer, administration, cancellation and conversion of, and drawings under, such Letters of Credit (collectively, the "“Issuing Lender Fees"”); provided that such fees shall not be duplicative of any fees charged under any LOC Document.

In addition to the Letter of Credit Fees payable pursuant to subsection clause (b) hereofabove, the Borrower shall pay to the Issuing Lender for its own account account, without sharing by the other Lenders Lenders, (i) the reasonable and customary charges from time to time of to the Issuing Lender for its services in connection with respect to the issuance, amendment, payment, transfer, administration, cancellation and conversion of, and drawings under, such Letters of Credit, and (ii) a letter of credit fronting fee of 0.25% of the face amount of each Letter of Credit (collectively, the "Issuing Lender Fees").
