Common use of Issuing Office Clause in Contracts

Issuing Office. This contract is issued by the Michigan Department of Health & Human Services (MDHHS). The MDHHS is the sole point of contact regarding all procurement and contractual matters relating to the services described herein. MDHHS is the only entity authorized to change, modify, amend, clarify, or otherwise alter the specifications, terms, and conditions of this contract. Inquiries and requests concerning the terms and conditions of this contract, including requests for amendment, shall be directed by the CMHSP to the attention of the Director of MDHHS's Bureau of Behavioral Health and Developmental Disabilities Administration and by the MDHHS to the contracting organization’s Executive Director.
