Communication Plan/Contract Management. Bidders shall identify their company standards of communication as they relate to contract performance, issue management, and change management. An issue is an identified event that, if not addressed, may affect schedule, scope, service, delivery, quality, or budget. A change is identified as a change in corporate leadership, structure, merger or acquisition.
Communication Plan/Contract Management. All contract orders placed will have a quote sheet indicating the product, item number, shipping method, shipping terms, delivery date, payment terms, description of the item, unit price, line price and total price. Any changes to the quote will be communicated via email to the appropriate parties. This assures that there will not be any order or delivery errors.
Communication Plan/Contract Management. Michigan CAT will have a point person assigned for this Contract that can be reached via either telephone or email for all inquiries. Each ordering agency will also have an Account Representative assigned to them.   • Network Management 60.1 CLEC and CenturyLink will exchange appropriate information (e.g., network information, maintenance contact numbers, escalation procedures, and information required to comply with requirements of law enforcement and national security agencies) for network management purposes.   • Construction Management Plan Contractor shall prepare and furnish to the Owner a thorough and complete plan for the management of the Project from issuance of the Proceed Order through the issuance of the Design Professional's Certificate of Material Completion. Such plan shall include, without limitation, an estimate of the manpower requirements for each trade and the anticipated availability of such manpower, a schedule prepared using the critical path method that will amplify and support the schedule required in Article 2.1.5 below, and the Submittal Schedule as required in Article 2.2.3. The Contractor shall include in his plan the names and resumés of the Project Superintendent, Project Manager and the person in charge of Safety.
