X. Xxxxxxxx, X. X. Xxxxxxxx, Xxxxx Xxxxxx, Xxxxxx X. Xxxxxx, Xxxxxxx X. Xxxxxx, Xxxxxxxx Xxxxx Xxxxxx, and the unknown heirs, successors and/or assigns of Xxxxxx X. Xxxxxx, deceased. (c) Pipeline right-of-way easement from Xxxxxxx Xxxxx, et ux., to Ashland Oil & Transportation Company by instrument dated October 21, 1955, recorded in Deed Book 127, page 28, in the Office of the Ohio County Clerk.
