Items to Be Furnished by Company. Each Company shall furnish, or cause to be furnished, to the Administrative Agent, at such Company's expense, such information, documentation, services, materials and other items with respect to such Company (or any applicable Facility), together with such other items that are not required to be provided by the Administrative Agent hereunder and which are reasonably requested by the Administrative Agent to perform the Services for the applicable Company and to otherwise fulfill its obligations under this Agreement. All such items shall be made available at such times and in such manner as may be required for the expeditious and orderly performance of the Services by the Administrative Agent.
