IUE-CWA Buy Out Payments. GM agrees to reimburse Delphi using the procedure set forth in section 3.03(e) herein for one-half of the IUE-CWA Buy Out Payments actually paid by Delphi pursuant to Section C.3.b of the IUE-CWA MOU and Attachment C thereto.
