Call-Out Pay. An employee who has already left the premises of the Company after completion of his scheduled shift, and who is recalled for work, shall be paid double his regular straight time hourly rate for all hours worked on recall up to the starting time of his scheduled shift but, in any event, he shall be paid for not less than two (2) hours at double his regular straight time hourly rate.
Call-Out Pay. Any employee called out to work outside of his shift shall receive a minimum of four hours pay at the appropriate rate, including any applicable premium. This does not apply to time worked as an extension (before or after) of the employee’s normal shift.
Call-Out Pay. An employee who is not on standby who is called out to work shall receive not less than two (2) hours pay at overtime rates from the time he leaves his home, until he arrives back at his home.
Call-Out Pay. Employees called out for work at other than the regular starting time shall receive a minimum of two (2) hours' pay at the employee's applicable rate.
Call-Out Pay. When an employee is required to return to his or her job after the completion of, or prior to, his or her shift, he or she shall be paid a minimum of two (2) hours at time and one-half (1-1/2), or the hours worked, whichever is greater. Employees who are directed to work from home, shall be entitled to this call out pay even though they do not leave their premises.
Call-Out Pay. 20.01 When an Employee is called from home to work at a time outside their normal working hours, that Employee shall be paid the overtime rate for the actual hours worked during such call-out and for the time spent travelling to and from work; but, nevertheless, is guaranteed a minimum of four (4) hours’ pay or compensatory time off at their regular rate per call-out, except that in the case of Employees required to do snow removal, if such a call-out forms a continuous period with the Employee's normal working hours, no minimum shall apply.
20.02 When the call-out results in additional trips between the Employee's residence and their place of work, mileage rates or transportation fares, whichever is appropriate, shall be paid by the Board.
20.03 When a call-out forms a continuous period with the Employee's normal working hours, the Employee’s normal working hours will not be reduced as a result of the call-out.
Call-Out Pay. If a bargaining unit member is called-out to work outside of his/her regularly scheduled hours, said bargaining unit member shall be granted a minimum of one (1) hour pay at the appropriate rate.
Call-Out Pay. An employee who is called out by the Employer for work outside of and not continuous with the regular work schedule shall be paid a minimum of two (2) hours or hours actually worked, whichever is greater, at the appropriate overtime rate. (This provision does not apply to the building checks referred to in Article 11).
Call-Out Pay. 15.01 If an employee is called in to work after having left the Employer’s premises after completion of her regular scheduled shift, she shall receive a minimum of four (4) hours’ pay at her straight time hourly rate. This provision shall not be applicable to overtime hours worked in conjunction with an employee’s regularly scheduled shift and there shall be no duplication of this premium and any other premium provided for in this Agreement.
Call-Out Pay. Employees who are called in to work outside of their regularly scheduled hours shall receive not less than three (3) hours pay at their regular hourly rate.
