Common use of Ixia Limited Warranty Clause in Contracts

Ixia Limited Warranty. Ixia’s Standard Limited Warranty and Technical Support Agreement (located at: xxxxx://xxxxxxx.xxxxxxx.xxx/sites/default/files/resources/limited_warranty_and_technical_support_agreem ent.pdf) (“Limited Warranty”) will apply to the Ixia Software during any period for which Licensee has paid for the Limited Warranty and any other fees required by the Limited Warranty. In particular, the Ixia Software is subject to all of the “other limitations” set forth in the Limited Warranty. The Limited Warranty is incorporated herein by reference. In the event of any discrepancy or conflict between the terms and conditions of this document and the Limited Warranty, the terms and conditions of this document shall govern.
