Common use of Jabil Warranty Clause in Contracts

Jabil Warranty. Jabil warrants (i) that it will manufacture the Product in accordance with IPC-A 610 Class 2 workmanship standard, and (ii) that at the time of manufacture, the Product will conform, in all material respects, to the Specifications. The above warranty shall remain in effect for a period of [***] from the date any Product is initially delivered to Company or to Company’s designated carrier (“Warranty Period”). This warranty is extended to, and may only be enforced by, Company.

Jabil Warranty. Jabil warrants that (i) that it will manufacture the Product in accordance with IPC-A 610 A-610 Class 2 workmanship standardWorkmanship Standard, and (ii) that at the time of manufacture, manufacture the Product Products will conform, conform in all material respects, respects to the Specifications, and will be free of defects in workmanship. The above warranty shall remain in effect for a period of [***] one year from the date any Product is initially delivered to Company or to Company’s designated carrier (“Warranty Period”). This warranty is extended to, and may only be enforced by, Company.

Jabil Warranty. Jabil warrants (i) that it will manufacture the Product in accordance with IPC-A 610 Class 2 workmanship standard, and (ii) that at the time of manufacture, the Product will conform, in all material respects, to the Specifications. The above warranty shall remain in effect for a period of [***] 18 months from the date any Product is initially delivered to Company or to Company’s designated carrier shipped by Jabil (“Warranty Period”). This warranty is extended to, and may only be enforced by, Company.

Jabil warrants (i) that it will manufacture the Product in accordance with Jabil Workmanship Standards (IPC-A 610 A-610 Class 2 workmanship standard2), and (ii) that at the time of manufacture, the Product will conform, in all material respects, conform to the Specifications. The above warranty shall remain in effect for a period of [***] thirteen (13) months from the date any Product is initially delivered to Company or to Company’s designated carrier (“Warranty Period”). This warranty is extended to, and may only be enforced by, Company.

Jabil Warranty. Jabil warrants (i) that it will manufacture the Product in accordance with IPC-A 610 A-610 Class 2 workmanship standard, and (ii) that at the time of manufacture, the Product will conform, in all material respects, to the Specifications. The above warranty shall remain in effect for a period of [***] one year from the date any Product is initially delivered to Company SKYE or to Company’s SKYE's designated carrier (“"Warranty Period”"). This warranty is extended to, and may only be enforced by, CompanySKYE.

Jabil Warranty. Jabil warrants (i) that it will manufacture the Product in accordance with IPCIPC -610-A 610 Rev C, Class 2 workmanship standard, and (iiand,(ii) that at the time of manufacture, manufacture and for a period of one year thereafter ("Warranty Period") the Product will conform, in all material respects, to the Specifications. The above warranty shall remain in effect for a period of [***] from the date any Product is initially delivered to Company or to Company’s designated carrier Specifications and Digital Box Build Specifications (“Warranty Period”)if applicable) . This warranty is extended to, and may only be enforced by, CompanyDigital.
