Administrative and School-Based Staff Regular full-time and part-time employees are paid at their regular rate of pay for time not worked on the recognized holiday. Direct Care and Relief Staff Employees who work on one of the qualifying holidays shall be: • Paid one and one-half times (1.5X) their regular rate of pay for all hours worked on the qualifying holidays • Awarded holiday accrual hours equal to the actual hours worked on the holiday to be used within one calendar year from the award date
