Job Classification Review Procedure. (i) Where the Union has initiated the Job Classification Review Procedure, representatives of the Union and HEABC shall within twenty-eight (28) days consider which profile best describes the core function of the job in question and how the job fits into the industry standard for like jobs. At the request of either party, the parties will complete and utilize the job questionnaire(s) in this consideration. The parties shall attempt to resolve the matter through negotiations.
