The Engineer shall perform all sampling and testing of components and materials in accordance with the standard specifications, and all other standard and special specifications and special provisions applicable in this agreement. All personnel performing acceptance tests must provide certifications and must maintain the certifications throughout the project. The State reserves the right to require replacement of any technician during this contract if performance is determined to be unsatisfactory or the technician fails to maintain appropriate certifications. c.
