JOB POSTING PROCEDURE AS IT APPLIES TO THE PROGRESSION PROCEDURE. The purpose of this procedure is to specify how the progression procedure will be tied in to the job posting process. This procedure will specifically address the issue of what happens if a trial period is terminated. 4.1 The applicant's classified job will be posted in accordance with the temporary job posting provisions (see letter of agreement re: Article 2.03, 3.03 and 20). 4.2 In the event that the trial period is terminated, the employee will return to his/her classified job. At any time during the trial period the applicant may terminate the trial period.
