Job-Site Facilities. The CM shall arrange for all job site facilities required and necessary to enable the CM and AE to perform their respective duties and to accommodate any representatives of the Owner which the Owner may choose to have present on the job, the description of which shall be finalized prior to the establishment of the GMP.
