JOB TITLE AND DUTIES. 2.1 Your job title is co-Chief Executive Officer of the CME Group with the primary responsibility for the corporate matters of the CME Group. For purposes of this Contract, the “CME Group” shall mean Central European Media Enterprises Ltd. (“CME Ltd.”) and/or any Associated Company (as defined below).

You shall report directly to the Board of Directors of CME Ltd. (the “Board”).

You shall also perform the role of Chief Financial Officer of the broadcast division of the CME Group. For purposes of this Contract, the “CME Group” shall mean Central European Media Enterprises Ltd. (“CME Ltd.”) and/or any Associated Company (as defined below).
