JOBSITE ACCESS. Authorized Union representatives shall have access to jobsites where Employees are working, provided that they comply with customer and jobsite rules and they do not interfere with the Employees or cause them to neglect their work.
JOBSITE ACCESS. Client grants a right of entry to the jobsite to Engineer, its employees, agents, and subcontractors to perform the services. If Client does not own the jobsite, Client warrants that it has the permission of the owner of the jobsite to grant this right of entry to Engineer. If, in order to perform the services, Engineer damages or alters a jobsite owned by a third party, Client agrees to pay the cost of restoring the jobsite to its condition prior to the performance of the services.
JOBSITE ACCESS. All subcontractors and their visitors shall sign in and out daily at the jobsite trailer.
