Joinder of Spouses. The spouses of the individual Stockholders join in the execution hereof to evidence such spouse's agreement hereto and to acknowledge that the spouse's interest in the Shares, to the extent such interests exist, are subject to the terms of this Agreement.
Joinder of Spouses. The spouses of all married Members have joined in the execution of this Agreement in order to evidence their agreement and consent to be bound by the terms and conditions hereof as to their interest, whether as community property or otherwise, if any, in the Units owned by their respective spouses.

Joinder of Spouses. The spouses of any subsequent Preferred Investors and any subsequent Common Investors, as applicable, will execute this Agreement and, by such execution, they acknowledge that they are fully aware of, understand, and agree to, the provisions of this Agreement and thereby bind themselves, their heirs, assigns and legal representatives, to the terms and provisions hereof.
Joinder of Spouses. All individual Stockholders who are married shall, concurrent with their execution of this Agreement, deliver an executed spousal consent in the form attached hereto as Exhibit B.
Joinder of Spouses. If any Shareholder marries, such Shareholder agrees to cause its spouse to execute the release and consent set forth at the signature page to this Agreement and to release and waive any community property or other interest such spouse may have in such Shareholder’s Shares.
Joinder of Spouses. The spouses of each individual Owner are joining in the execution of this Amendment to acknowledgment its existence and its provisions, and to evidence the desire to bind their interests in the ownership interests transferred under the Original Agreement, if any, to the performance of this Amendment.
Joinder of Spouses. The spouses of each Stockholder hereby join in the execution and delivery of this Agreement for the purpose of binding their respective community property interests, if any, in the Stockholders' Agreement to the terms and conditions hereof in all respects.
