Individual Stockholders definition

Individual Stockholders means, collectively, Pescarmona, Verdaguer and Vivo, and each an "INDIVIDUAL STOCKHOLDER".
Individual Stockholders or “Siblings” means, collectively, AWR, JRW, and SWT (each, individually, an “Individual Stockholder” or “Sibling”).
Individual Stockholders are defined in the preamble to this Agreement.
