Joint Accountability. To ensure consistency and accountability to the principles of partnership, the National LMP Co-chairs will implement systems to ensure joint accountability of trust-funded staff. The system will consider aspects such as collaborative goal-setting, joint feedback and evaluations, shared input on incentives, and other aspects of program management. The National LMP Co-chairs will report annually on the results to the LMP Executive Committee.
