Joint Agreement Review Committee (ARC. 26.5.1 Both Parties shall appoint three (3) members to the ARC. The ARC will be charged with the on-going review of the Collective Agreement and with making recommendations to the Parties. 26.5.2 The ARC shall meet on an informal basis at the call of either of the Parties signatory hereto to review matters of mutual interest arising from the administration of this Agreement. Parties should meet monthly but may agree to meet every second month or quarterly. 26.5.3 The Parties are committed to respect the concerns of either Party and endeavor to resolve concerns in a mutually beneficial manner.
