JOINT AND SEVERAL RESPONSIBILITIES OF GUARANTORS. The Guarantor guarantees to the Landlord, FOR THEIR RESPECTIVE SON/DAUGHTER'S PORTION, the payment by the Tenant of rent and all other sums of money and all other obligations and liabilities of the Tenant in accordance with the provisions of this Lease and the Personal Guarantee which is attached to, and forms a part of, this lease.
