Joint Board of Trustees. The Plan shall be controlled by a Joint Board of Trustees made up of an equal number of representatives from Union and from the Employers. While the number may be changed from time to time as the Board deems necessary, it is understood that the number of Trustees will be three (3) from the Union and three (3) from the Employers.
