Common use of Joint Committee Matter Clause in Contracts

Joint Committee Matter. being a matter which it is expected the elected member (or appropriate deputy) of each Council appointed pursuant to Clause 10.4 (Joint Committee) will be able to make a decision upon and have the power to bind the Council it represents in doing so;
