Common use of Joint Committee of the Parties Clause in Contracts

Joint Committee of the Parties. 1. The Parties hereby establish a Joint Committee consisting of repre­ sentatives of each Party. The Joint Committee comprised shall be responsible for the effective functioning of the Agreement. 2. The Joint Committee may establish Joint Sectoral Committees comprised of appropriate Regulatory Authorities and others deemed necessary. 3. Each Party shall have one vote in the Joint Committee. The Joint Committee shall make its decisions by unanimous consent. The Joint Committee shall determine its own rules and procedures. 4. The Joint Committee may consider any matter relating to the effective functioning of this Agreement. In particular it shall be responsible for: (a) listing, suspension, withdrawal and verification of conformity assessment bodies in accordance with this Agreement;
