Common use of Joint holders Clause in Contracts

Joint holders. In the case of Scheme Shares held in joint names, any bank cheque required to be paid to Scheme Shareholders by or on behalf of the Bidder must be payable to the joint holders and be forwarded to the holder whose name appears first in the Share Register as at the Record Date.
