Common use of Joint holders Clause in Contracts

Joint holders. In the case of Scheme Shares held in joint names: (a) any cheque required to be sent under this Scheme will be made payable to the joint holders and sent to the holder whose name appears first in the Share Register as at the Record Date; and (b) any other document required to be sent under this Scheme will be forwarded to the holder whose name appears first in the Share Register as at the Record Date.
