Cancellation of Scheme Options Sample Clauses

Cancellation of Scheme Options. On the Implementation Date: (a) the Scheme Options, together with all rights and entitlements attaching to them as at the Implementation Date, will be cancelled without the need for any further act by any Scheme Optionholder; and (b) in consideration for the cancellation of the Scheme Options, YM will provide or procure the provision of the Option Scheme Consideration to each Scheme Optionholder in accordance with clause 5 of this Scheme.
