Joint Obligations of Seller and Purchaser at Closing. (1) Seller and Purchaser shall complete and execute any and all documents or instruments that may be reasonably necessary to evidence a change of ownership of the Assets with or that may be required to be filed with Choctaw County, Alabama or any of its subdivisions or agencies, and-or the Alabama State Oil and Gas Board and-or any other federal, state or local governmental agency with jurisdiction thereof to reflect and effect the change of ownership of the Assets. The originals of all such documents or instruments shall be delivered in completed and executed form to Purchaser for Purchaser’s further filing and handling.
