Joint Press Release to Announce. Execution of this Agreement. The parties will negotiate a joint press release to be issued as soon as practicable upon execution of the Agreement. If the parties cannot agree on a joint press release, either party may send their own press release, provided that (i) the content is consistent with this Agreement; and (ii) a copy of the release is provided to all parties and their counsel at least twenty- four (24) hours before it is sent to the press.
