Joint Research and Development Projects. The Parties will discuss, and subject to a common interest, initiate joint research and development projects. Both Parties will act as copartners or coresearchers in project proposals, unless agreed otherwise. The Party initiating or applying for a research or development project in a field of likely interest to the other Party will, wherever possible, invite members of staff of the Party to participate.
Joint Research and Development Projects. The Participants will jointly initiate the research and development project of mutual interest. Both Participant will act as a partner or co-researcher in all research proposal submitted by either Participant. The Participant which initiates a research and development project in a field of likely interest to the Participant will, whereves possible, invite staff of the later Participant to participate in the project on such provission to be decided upon mutually in writing between the Participants.
