Exchange of Students. The students registered to the vocational schools (2nd class), bachelor’s degree (2 nd, 3rd, 4th classes), master, doctorate programme (after the first semester excluding the language or scientific preparation semesters) programs of the universities can benefit from Mevlana Exchange Programme. Turkish citizen students who study in foreign university unfortunately couldn’t apply to Mevlana Exchange Programme. Circumstances To Be a Mevlana Exchange Student: Grade Point Average (GPA) should be at least: 2.5/4.0 for students vocational schools and bachelor’s degree, 3.0/4.0 for the Ms and PhD students, the score of language of which the host institute us for teaching.
Exchange of Students. 2.1.1.1. Students of one Participant may be accepted by the other Participant for admission to undertake postgraduate studies if they meet the specified admission requirements and may also be accepted to undergo work attachment programme in the host country if such program of studies includes that particular component. 2.1.1.2. Exchange of StudentsXXXXX and XXXX agree for an exchange of students nominated by the respective Institutions in order to carry out studies as provided for in this agreement. • Both Institutions also encourage exchange of students in the context of professional internship. • The exchange of students will be for a mutually approved duration of time which may not exceed a total of two weeks per semester (barring special cases, at the discretion of the signatories of the MA).
Exchange of Students. Objectives, Conditions and Responsibilities.
Exchange of Students. (1) Both Parties, within the framework of applicable national and European Union law, consider to facilitate the arrival of students from the other Party who wish to continue their studies in India or Austria and are registered at a recognized higher education institution. (2) The opportunities available for Indian nationals regarding higher education possibilities in Austria at the date of signature of this Agreement are outlined in a non-binding Explanatory letter of the Austrian Party provided to the Indian Party. Austria explicitly informs the Indian Party on the possibility of the exchange of students and recipients of scholarships in the context of national and EU-financed projects. (3) The Parties agree to keep each other regularly informed of the respective conditions for entry and stay of students, within the Joint Working Group referred to in Article 15. (4) Austria undertakes efforts to step up activities in India in order to enhance and promote possibilities for higher education in Austria. (5) For Austrian students who wish to pursue internships in India, the Indian authorities issue an “S-6 Visa” valid for more than three months but no longer than 12 months according to applicable national law.
Exchange of Students. 1. Students are exchanged between Oran 1 Xxxxx Xxx-Bella University and Anadolu University (AU) based on the principle of reciprocity during the same academic year. 2. Exchange students shall be admitted as non-degree students for a period of one or two semesters. 3. Exchange students may take courses for credit, and the host institution shall issue a transcript and the grades for exchange students shall be given under the same rules and regulations as for its degree-seeking students. The credits earned by the exchange students at the host university shall be recognized and transferred back to the home university. 4. So long as the principle of reciprocity is maintained, tuition and fees shall be waived for exchange students by the host institution. 5. The sending institution shall recommend Exchange students and follow established rules and procedures set forth by the host institution. The final decision to accept the student belongs to the host institution. 6. Travel and living expenses for exchange students are borne by the students themselves or by a sponsor. 7. In accordance with the regulations of both universities, Exchange students are required to carry adequate medical insurance, provided by a carrier with an office located within the host country. 8. The exchange students must submit an Affidavit of Financial Support (AFS) for living expenses in advance to the host institution.
Exchange of Students. The students can apply for performing the thesis work (or the industrial internship) either in Taiwan or Italy. Each party should provide the appropriate arrangements and assist students in finding a Company where they can be hosted for the thesis or the industrial internship.
Exchange of Students. At least four months prior to a student exchange, the authorized representative of the host institution must approve, in writing, the exchange, including the responsibilities of the exchange participant, the period of exchange, and any other conditions govern- ing the terms of the exchange. Student participants will be screened for eligibility for admission by the home institu- tion. Each university is responsible for providing student applicants with admissions requirements for the host institution, including language proficiency requirements.

Exchange of Students. The Home University will select students to take part in the exchange program. The students will be selected on the basis of academic merit and/or professional qualifications without regard to race, religion, national origin, sex, sexual orientation, age or disability. However, the final decision about accepting students will be made by the Host University. Students admitted under this Agreement shall normally be entitled to all the rights and privi- leges enjoyed by other students of equivalent status in the Host University and shall be subject to the rules, regulations and disciplinary procedures which apply to these students. Exchange students must have their course selections approved by their Home University and appropriate academic authority in order to obtain transfer of credit towards their degrees. The Host University will not require exchange students to take courses beyond those approved by the Home University. Each institution agrees to provide its own students with adequate and timely information about the exchange arrangements and conditions. The exchange will have a maximum duration of one academic year (or two semesters). The exchange students will remain enrolled at their Home University during the period of the exchange. The students will be enrolled at the Host University as full-time non-degree stu- dents, provided they possess the minimum necessary entry requirements. Each Party will nominate a program coordinator to ensure satisfaction and compliance of the terms and conditions of this Agreement. Each program coordinator will ensure that the Host University has available to it all information appropriate to the promotion of the Exchange pro- gram.
