Common use of Joint Venture Clause in Contracts

Joint Venture. When a DBE performs as a participant in a joint venture, the Contractor may count toward its contract goal requirement a portion of the total value of participation with the DBE in the joint venture, that portion of the total dollar value being a distinct clearly defined portion of work that the DBE performs with its forces.

Joint Venture. When a DBE performs as a participant in a joint venture, the Contractor Design-Build Team may count toward its contract goal requirement a portion of the total value of participation with the DBE in the joint venture, that portion of the total dollar value being a distinct clearly defined portion of work that the DBE performs with its forces.

Joint Venture. When a DBE performs as a participant in a joint venture, the Contractor may count toward its contract goal requirement a portion dollar amount of the total value of participation with contract equal to the DBE in the joint venturedistinct, that portion of the total dollar value being a distinct clearly defined portion of the work of the contract that the DBE performs with its forcesown forces will be counted toward DBE goal.
