Common use of JSC Chairperson Clause in Contracts

JSC Chairperson. The JSC Chairperson shall rotate every six (6) months between ALNYLAM and MERCK. The initial JSC Chairperson shall be a representative of ALNYLAM. The Chairperson's responsibilities shall include: 1. scheduling meetings at least quarterly, but more frequently if the JSC determines it necessary; 2. setting agenda for meetings with solicited input from other members; 3. delivering minutes to the JSC for review and approval; and 4. conducting effective meetings, including ensuring that objectives for each meeting are set and achieved.
