Judgment Against the Corporation. The Corporation covenants and agrees with the Trustee that, in case of any judicial or other proceedings to enforce the rights of the Debentureholders, judgment may be rendered against it in favour of the Debentureholders or in favour of the Trustee, as trustee for the Debentureholders, for any amount which may remain due in respect of the Debentures and premium (if any) and the interest thereon and any other monies owing hereunder.
Judgment Against the Corporation. In case of any judicial or other proceedings to enforce the rights of the Noteholders, judgment may be rendered against the Corporation in favour of the Noteholders or in favour of the Trustee, as trustee for the Noteholders, for any amount which may remain due in respect of the Subordinate Secured Note Indebtedness.
Judgment Against the Corporation. The Corporation covenants and agrees with the Indenture Trustee that, in case of any Proceeding to obtain judgment for payment of the principal of, premium, if any, or interest, if any, on the Debentures, judgment may be rendered against it in favour of the Holders or in favour of the Indenture Trustee, as holder of a power of attorney for the Holders, for the amount which may remain due in respect of the Debentures and the interest and premium, if any, thereon.
Judgment Against the Corporation. The Corporation covenants and agrees with the Note Trustee that, in case of any judicial or other proceedings to enforce the rights of the Noteholders, judgment may be rendered against it in favour of the Noteholders or in favour of the Note Trustee, as trustee for the Noteholders, for any amount which may remain due in respect of the Notes and premium (if any) and the interest thereon and any other monies owing hereunder.
Judgment Against the Corporation. In the case of any judicial or other proceedings to obtain judgment for the principal of or interest on the Debentures, judgment may be rendered against the Corporation in favour of the Debentureholders or in favour of the Trustee, as trustee for the Debentureholders, for any amount which may remain due in respect of the Debentures and the interest thereon and any other moneys owing hereunder.
