OTHER LEGAL MATTERS Terms for Protection Plan. CarGari is not an insurance company and does not insure presenters or receivers. In Colorado, CarGari makes protection plans available to presenters and receivers with respect to the vehicle shared. Any insurance that is included in a protection plan is provided through Prime Insurance Agency, a Utah insurance producer. See Protection Plan document for more details. In addition to the terms set forth in the sections “Your Financial Responsibility is Primary”.

You and the Foundation agree to submit to the exclusive personal jurisdiction of the courts located within St. Louis, Missouri for the purpose of litigating all such claims or disputes.

You and Ocean Freight Exchange agree to submit to the personal jurisdiction of the courts located within the county of Ocean Freight Exchange’s choosing for the purpose of litigating all such claims or disputes.
