Judicial Settlement. Nothing contained in this Trust Agreement shall be construed as depriving the Trustee or the Company of the right to have a judicial settlement of the Trustee's accounts. Upon any proceeding for a judicial settlement of the Trustee's accounts or for instructions the only necessary party thereto in addition to the Trustee shall be the Company.
