Common use of July Clause in Contracts

July. 31 is the final deadline to turn in an official transcript for courses taken during the school year. Dates: Fall, winter, spring, summer quarters/semesters that correspond with current school year. (For example: Current school 2018-2019, classes that are taken in the following quarters/semesters will qualify: Fall 2018, Winter 2019, Spring 2019, Summer 2019. The first reimbursement for the 2018-2019 school year is September 30 and the last reimbursement is August 31. All documentation needs to be turned into the Business office by the tenth of the month to be paid on the next payday.
